Orders and contract

Product pages are an invitation to order. Your order is an offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm payment by email.

We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of obvious pricing errors or unavailability.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable Greek rate. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Greece. See the shipping page for methods, costs and times.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See the returns page.

Warranty

The statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies (Law 4967/2022, Directive (EU) 2019/771). Manufacturer warranties apply in addition where offered.

Disputes

Greek law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
