Controller

Kamera Trade (Kamera Trade) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Account: name, email, hashed password, language — to provide your account (contract).

Orders: items, delivery address, phone, payment status — to fulfil orders (contract) and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Security logs: sign-in events with IP address and browser — to protect accounts (legitimate interest), kept for 12 months.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting edge, image storage), and our own email platform for transactional emails. Data is processed in the EU/EEA or under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Greek tax law even after account deletion, without being linked to your account.

Your rights

You can access, export and delete your data yourself under Account → Settings, and contact us to rectify, restrict or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: your sign-in session, your basket and your language choice. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
