14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected] with your order number.

Return the items within 14 days of your notice, unused and with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your notice, but may wait until the goods are back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Cancel before shipping

Until your order ships you can cancel it yourself from your order page for an immediate full refund.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us — the 2-year legal guarantee applies and we cover return costs.
